My journey to this present moment:

As a child, I spent lots of time outside quietly listening and energetically connecting to animals and all of mother earth's natural elementals. This is where I felt safe, supported, peaceful, unconditionally loved and at home.

Every part of nature has a spirit that is sacred. All of these parts of mother nature have stories to share and messages for us if we listen.

I grew up with three cats (Sandy, Simba, Lucky) and a dog (Casey) who were my best friends, greatest teachers and support system. Although they are no longer physically here, they are still guiding me with love.

When I was twelve, my five year old cat Sandy (best friend), unexpectedly became very ill. Throughout her major surgery, hospitalization and extensive recovery, Sandy evoked a forceful loving strength in me that I never knew existed. I would stop at the vet’s before and after school to be with her. When she came home, I learned all the technical skills to care for her and different ways to energetically connect and listen to what she needed. Caretaking for her was an invaluable gift. She taught me how to become deeply present in my moments and showed me that her love would support me through my challenges.

My journey to becoming a therapist also started at a young age with an awareness of my natural gifts of listening with my heart in being empathetic, compassionate, and highly attuned to those around me. In my 20’s, I worked as a social worker in New York. This pivotal and enriching time in my world  helped me recognize that I had my own personal healing to do.

My deep healing process inspired me to try something new and follow my passions even further. I became (am) a veterinary nurse and have a private therapy/coaching practice.

By working with animals and people intimately and daily for years, I have cultivated a deep refinement in my abilities and gifts to listen and communicate. Every single day, I experience the immense power that animals have to heal and support their humans. These gifts of connection shared between animals and their caregivers reach far beyond the vet’s office. The love is ineffable.

I’ve cultivated my animal communication skills with various renowned animal communicators, my own personal shamanic spiritual and healing practices, my independent animal communication practice, following various intuitive teachers, and working with my greatest teacher of all- my 16 year old cat Tali, my older lady forever baby, my heart and Queen of everything!
